About these terms
These Terms & Conditions govern use of the Recycle Veda website. “We”, “us” and “our” refer to Recycle Veda, based in Gurugram, India (Bharat). Please read these terms before using the website. If you do not agree with them, please refrain from using it.
The website introduces our waste-management, recycling and EPR-support services. A separate written agreement governs any service you engage us to provide and takes precedence for that engagement if there is a conflict.
Website information
Our content provides general information about services and waste-management topics. It is not a legal opinion, regulatory approval or a determination of your organisation’s obligations. Requirements depend on your role, materials, activities, location and the rules in force at the relevant time.
Check current official guidance and obtain advice appropriate to your circumstances before making compliance decisions. Regulatory links are provided to help you locate relevant information.
Published impact figures are company-reported and should be read with any qualifications shown beside them. Conceptual images illustrate circularity and waste streams; they are not evidence of a particular company facility, licence or completed project.
Enquiries and service engagements
Preparing an enquiry on the website does not send it automatically, place an order or create a service contract. You review the prepared message and send it through your own email application. A phone call, enquiry or initial consultation does not by itself confirm acceptance of work.
Before services begin, the relevant parties should agree the scope, responsibilities, deliverables, fees, taxes, payment terms, timelines and any cancellation or refund terms in writing. The website does not operate an online checkout or collect payment details.
Availability and suitability are assessed for each request. Approvals, portal processing, recycler availability and other third-party actions remain subject to the relevant party’s procedures.
Your responsibilities
Provide information that is accurate, current and that you are authorised to share. If you contact us for an organisation, ensure you have authority to do so. Notify us of material changes affecting your enquiry or an agreed service.
Using a support provider does not automatically transfer a producer’s, occupier’s or other regulated person’s statutory responsibilities. Waste handling, transport, processing and EPR activities must follow the requirements applicable to the relevant role and waste stream. Registration, credit availability, approval or compliance outcomes are not guaranteed by website content.
Acceptable use
You may use the website to learn about our work, access information and make legitimate enquiries. You must not use it to:
- Send unlawful, misleading, abusive or unauthorised content.
- Introduce malicious software or attempt unauthorised access.
- Disrupt the website or interfere with other visitors’ access.
- Impersonate another person or misuse another party’s information.
- Copy or republish protected material in a way that infringes applicable rights.
Content and intellectual property
The Recycle Veda name, logo, site design and original content are owned by, or used with permission by, the relevant rights holders. Third-party names, marks and linked materials remain the property of their respective owners.
You may view, download or print reasonable extracts for personal use or internal business evaluation, retaining relevant notices. Commercial reproduction, modification, redistribution or use of our branding requires permission, except where applicable law permits otherwise.
Privacy and third-party services
Our Privacy Policy explains the enquiry form, information use and external providers. Use of the website does not give unrestricted permission to use your personal information.
External websites, email applications, phone services and regulatory portals are operated independently. Their own terms and policies apply. Linking to a service does not mean we control its content, availability or decisions, or endorse every statement it makes.
Availability and responsibility
We aim to keep the website useful and accurate, but information may become outdated and access may be interrupted. We may update, correct or remove website content. Please contact us if you notice an error.
To the extent permitted by applicable law, we do not promise uninterrupted or error-free website access, and are not responsible for losses caused solely by reliance on general website information or by independent third-party websites. Responsibility for contracted services is addressed in the applicable agreement.
Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited, or removes any mandatory consumer or other statutory rights.
Applicable law and concerns
These website terms are governed by the laws of India, subject to any mandatory protections that apply to you. Any dispute is subject to the jurisdiction of the courts or forums competent under applicable law.
If you have a concern, contact us with the relevant details so we can discuss it. This does not restrict your right to use an available legal remedy.
Changes to these terms
We may revise these terms as the website or applicable requirements change. The latest version and revision date will be available on this page. Changes to website terms do not, by themselves, amend a separate signed service agreement.
If part of these terms is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue to apply to the extent permitted by law.
